We will collect rent, forward rent by mail or deposit into your bank by checking or mortgage payment. We also process statements once a month. Most of our owners prefer us to handle any repairs and routine work required on the property.

Mrs. Wheeler was right there every step of the way when we purchased our home. We did not have much knowledge of how everything worked or what to expect in the process. She explained everything and was there every step of the way. She even followed up periodically after the sale which shows just how impeccable her character is.

Called to schedule an appointment and she asked me to call back closer to the date to set up an appointment. Called twice and left messages after that. Never called back. Went with a different realty company.
