Rented from David for almost 2 years, the issues we had when we moved in were still there two years later, every time we called with an issue, it took a while to get a response. Unless it was something they needed from us, no response. The deposit refund was a joke, seriously considering fighting it. Felt completely taken advantage of, I would never recommend renting from them.

They don't wear face masks. Work orders are ignored and never completed. In the rare case a handyman actually comes around to do some work, he won't clean up after himself.
