Has a awesome experience with this place a few years back and wanted to give them more buisness, however the quality and professionalism has left this place.
I took my 2003 f250 to them for many repairs, most were done but I also paid for all the fluid to be checked. It came back to me with hardly anything in the coolant, washer fluid empty, but I know mistakes happen. Upon calling them I was told it was because of short staff.
My husband had his truck looked over for brakes and a Oil leak, they said brakes were fixed but he doesn't have any until almost to the floor, Oil leak was rescheduled

I drive an old '84 G20 diesel van that tends to break down at the most inconvenient times. The last time I had made a 300+ mile trip, and on my way home the van decided it was time for a nap. After reviewing a few shops in the Richland Center area at the side of the road, Shawn's had the most reviews with exceptional comments so it was a no brainer to me. He was able to tow the van to the shop at a reasonable price and had explained very clearly what the issue was and had it fixed in a short time (even during the pandemic). I can't say enough great things about Shawn and his tech Joe. A friend and I were in Wisconsin for an automobile enthusiast's rally. My Scion FR-S and his Mazda Miata had made the trek from Pennsylvania.
