Bought a house with no gutters. Watched the rain pour off in sheets all over the place. Got a few different quotes from various friend recommendations. ProRoofs was prompt at communication and came out to measure and survey. They got back to me the following day, were reasonably priced and could start as soon as it stopped raining. Install day was super fast, job completed in about 3 hours. All communication was via text and email, paid electronically. I do tons of research before even calling a company and the phone conversations I have over the phone have a large impact on my decisions. I had scheduled appointments with 4 different roofing companies and the first one did not show up. The second appointment was with the owner from ProRoofs and Restoration, Henry, who was on time (which to me means a little early) and called to confirm when he was on the way. This I appreciated from the start.
What I did not get from the other roofing companies (over the phone) was that personal touch which I got from Henry. He made me feel like my estimate

Main reason: Richard. He is the ultimate professional and not just because of the workmanship, but because you can tell he really cares from the moment you meet him. He shoots you straight. Does what he says he'll do, clearly cares about taking care of you. He interacts extremely well with insurance companies and you can tell he has a great working relationship with them. ProRoofs and Restoration was very transparent with the issues with my roof. We discussed multiple solutions to the issue and they helped me to come to an affordable solution. They communicated the entire process and gave frequent updates. They also installed a fan in my livingroom. They helped me with purchasing the fan and anything I needed. I will definitely use them again with any restoration and/or roof projects in the future.

I had some hail damage from a storm in April. I'd tried calling and setting up appointments with other highly rated roofing companies and no one was showing up when they promised, everyone was just so busy! I was talking to my neighbor who'd just had his roof replaced and he recommended that I call his contractor, he was happy with the work they'd just done on his roof and had known the project manager for years. I called Stuart with ProRoofs Restoration he was out that day to take a look. He gave it to me straight, I have Allstate and they are hard to get to cover anything but he thought the damage

I was looking to add a sliding window to my office to be make communication with my team a lot more accessible. I called Henry to see if this is something his team could tackle. Responding quickly he provided a quote and accepted the job. His team was very professional and fast paced. They were in and out leaving behind an amazing job well done. Gave Pro Roof and restoration a call when Hurricane Harvey hit. Henry was out as soon as the conditions were safe. We agreed on everything and there was a crew at my home within 48 hours replacing my roof. They were very fast, efficient, and did an excellent job on the roof. Crew cleaned up entire mess and left things just as they found them. Excellent job. Thank you
