I don't normally write a review but I feel like I need to make an exception for this one. I was impressed with Whitney from the first contact to the time the job got done. We just purchased the house and with a heavy rain, the roof leaked. Out of the 3 companies I had come over for inspection, Whitney was the most detailed of all. She explained the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. At no point was she ever try to pressure us to go one over the other. My husband and I decided to replace the whole roof since it was pretty old anyway. For every concern/question I had, Whitney was very professional

I dreaded getting my roof replaced and having to deal with a contractor. I read all of the good reviews of Onit Roofing on yelp and chose them to replace my roof. I had the same, great experience that the other reviewers on yelp had. I was impressed by Whitney's use of a drone to take detailed pictures of my roof. Whitney was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about roof replacement. She was quick to respond to my request for a roof inspection. I was impressed by the fact that Onit uses a dedicated team of installers. I believe Whitney told me there were 10 people on the team. Each member knows their job, and they are a precision group.

I've worked with Alfredo and Brett when they worked with another firm. Now they are at Onit , which is a hungry, trustworthy, customer-focused, company that is extremely well run and responds to customers inquiries within minutes. They embrace technology, using drones and the Internet so I saw the problem with my roof even before Brett was off the roof. I had 4 different roofing companies out to inspect and make recommendations on my 12+ year old roof. This was the only!! company that found the issue! Whitney took the time to sit and explain every option, every detail of the work, and was incredibly responsive to all of my many questions even after our meeting. I chose them to make the repair and was pleased with the price and the crew that was sent to complete it. They also re-sealed all of my exposed nail heads etc. A month later, I had my hot water heater replaced and asked if they could come re-seal the vent. Whitney offered to do it for free

This is the roofing company I would use again on my next house as my 30 year Warranty will cover the new roof they put on! Showed up 15 minutes early, very organized & finished on time! They even went to the surrounding houses to get permission to enter their yards to pick up any debris! Very attentive to detail & new ridge vent looks great & I look forward to seeing how new roof does after the freeze & a leak! Very knowledgeable and professional. On time with the roof work, was well done, and cleaned up afterwards. Could have been a little gentler with handling the heavy shingle packages while on the roof. I had a couple of small interior wall cracks develop because of all that extra weight on the roof, but most of that is unavoidable during a roof repair. I'm still waiting for them to get all the paperwork to my insurance company

After having multiple leaks and not knowing the age of our roof we decided to look into a roof replacement. For the past year we kept an eye on those in the neighborhood replacing their roofs and met with our neighbors on their experience. One company stood above the rest when it came to what our neighbors had to say... Onit. We gave them a call, and Josh came out to evaluate and provide us an estimate. He examined the roof for any damage we could claim, but there was none, thus new roof time. He very clearly went over the full process, and described why each material would be ideal for our situation

We chose Onit Roofing to install new gutters on our home. I requested and received multiple quotes from other companies, thanks to the Yelp Quote request feature. Whitney from Onit Roofing was the first to reply on a Sunday, and continued to provide professional and quick communication, and a very competitive estimate. Jose came out the next day to measure and select the color for the gutters, and on Wednesday the gutters were installed. Amazing!
