The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids spent most of their time having lots of fun in the pool. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed, my only recommendation would be to have bigger pots and pans to be able to cook bigger meals. We would definitely rent again this property manager.

Please watch the pricing. I looked at their website last year and found that I could not rent any home they had listed for the price advertised. I thought maybe it was just a fluke on the particular house I was interested in renting but then I looked at another, same thing, then I looked at all of their listings, same story for each of their listings. I called and talked to the owner. I told him maybe their was a glitch, maybe prices had been raised but not updated on the site. He did not believe me so I said pick any of your listings and we went through them together. He did see what I had seen

We can’t wait to come back! The home was immaculate, and the décor was classy and tasteful. There was such a welcoming ambiance that helped us feel right at home during our stay. This house looked amazing in the pictures and it did not disappoint was a great place to get ready for my wedding — a spacious room and a huge bathroom. This house was sparkling clean and the beds are all so comfortable and the towels are so soft. The view is amazing, just a perfect getaway house. 8 (9) adults in the house and it never felt crowded. I look forward to returning someday!

Wischis, extremely responsive and helpful, as well as kind and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house itself is amazing - great outdoor spaces, parking, and nice appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs, AC, etc.). The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and drinkware. You could tell that it was professionally cleaned right before we arrived. The house is in a great location, restaurants, grocery store, post office, coffee, you name it. The neighborhood is also clean and felt very safe. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The most luxurious and relaxing vacation we have ever had! The amenities exceeded all expectations and we only left our home twice in 7 days. The photos of the home DO NOT accurately show how AMAZING this place is. The owners were attentive, responsive to any questions, and also checked in on us during our stay. We have enjoyed multiple vacations with Wischis Florida. Their properties are beautiful (sometimes better than the pictures) and customer service is outstanding. In particular, I’m grateful to Wischis for his unbelievable attentiveness and to Wischis for helping us select the perfect houses. The house was very nice. The reason we rented this house was to explore the canals by boat. It was more expensive than other options but we felt it would be worth it to have the same company handle the boat and have it ready for us. The day before I asked when they would be here to show us the boat. The lady said that though we had requested the boat and sent our DL info a contract had never been sent to us for signature. We of course didn't know there was one as we had signed the house contract and thought the boat details would be signed with the orientation. It took her all day to let

I would give it zero stars if possible. Avoid this company. They are very deceiving and greedy. We stayed for one week in June 2020. They require you to place a $500 security deposit with your stay. Then they attempted to say we used over $200+ of electricity for a one week stay and deducted that from our refundable deposit. We will never go back and would not recommend this company to anyone looking to stay in Florida. We are working with our bank to get our money back. Wishcis has ruined what otherwise would have been a decent vacation. They have poor communication and are very unprofessional
