I am a home owner in Cape Coral since the year 2000 , when I moved in and the Association asked me if I could join in to be a member of the board of directors, because of my experience being a board member in association's for 30 yrs in Europe they voted for me to be the President .
I noticed straight away we had to get rid the bad management we had ,we did look around and finely got in contact with the management company what Troy worked for .
Since then we have had Troy on our side long before he opened his own managment company (Costal Association ).

In my opinion, very poor passive management. My buildings walkway has been in disrepair for over 1 year. They took it upon theirselves to perform some demolition with out a contractor or any permits. It is now sitting in a state of Codes violation. My a/c drain line was draining fine until they had someone vacuum the line which only clogged it. I had to pay to have it unclogged. The tech said that the lines are so old that vacuuming does very little on 50 plus year old metal drain lines. Cost me $80.00 for something which the association is responsible.There are much better options for management

I have been a condo owner since 2014 and on the board for 3+ years.I find management to be very knowledgeable and they visit/check the property on a regular basis. The staff have always been friendly and questions that have been submitted were answered in a timely manor.

Our condo association just signed with Coastal in April, 2019. Troy & his staff have very responsive & helpful not only with the transition from our old mgt company, but, our daily business. They are very knowledgeable of Fla COA/HOA law. They do on site inspections on a regular basis. Also, they are very responsive with our vendors. The ONLY reason they are rated 4 star instead of 5 star is due to the fact we have only been working with them for approximately three months, although the three months have been a excellent experience.
