At the Healthcare Foundation, we want to make sure that it's simple to make a meaningful gift, one that will leave a lasting impact at SMH. Your contribution is critical to ensuring that the Healthcare Foundation can continue to provide important grants to enhance patient care and resources at SMH.
The Healthcare Foundation is able to help SMH meet the community's healthcare needs through grants that fund state-of-the-art technology, educational and wellness programs, and many other initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care. Grants from the Healthcare Foundation support the hospital's mission of providing healthcare services that excel in caring, quality and innovation.
The new Cornell Behavioral Health Pavilion will be a state-of-the-art treatment facility to support those in our community struggling with anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges. As a comprehensive behavioral health facility, patients will have access to all the services they need under one roof which will be life changing for many people in our community.
Sarasota Memorial is bringing its high-quality care to the rapidly growing South Sarasota County community. The new hospital and medical campus in Venice will provide local residents with the same level of excellent medical and patient care they've come to expect from SMH, closer to home. Open to patients in Fall 2021, the new 65-acre campus will include a state-of-the-art hospital and medical offices.
Our events make giving back enjoyable and highly rewarding. More importantly, donor support helps provide the essential resources SMH needs to deliver excellent healthcare in our community. From The Hospital Gala to The Golf Tournament, to the Women & Medicine Educational Luncheon and Rock the Roof, each event helps support critical needs at Sarasota Memorial.
