Addonizio received her D.D.S. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. Previously she earned her B.A. in Biochemistry at Canisius College also in Buffalo N.Y.
She relocated to Orange County from Boston in 1986 to join her family. Dr. Addonizio has practiced in the area for over thirty years. She is married and the mother of two boys -ages 25 and 28. Dr. Addonizio is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA) and the Orange County Women's Dental Association (OCWDA).

Services
We detect and treat problems like tooth decay at an early stage. Remember decay only spreads until eliminated. The larger it becomes the more destructive to the nerve and tooth structure. A simple one surface cavity if neglected can result in a root canal and crown at some point if ignored. Areas of decay are seldom sensitive in the early stages.
I am in network with: Delta, Cigna, Guardian, Anthem Blue Cross, United Concordia, DeCare Dental, United HealthCare and many others. Through my agreement with GEHA/Connection Dental Network I am an in-network provider for Metlife, Aetna, Lincoln Financial and many others. Generally on your initial visit, a cleaning, exam and necessary x-rays will be taken.

Mary and Denette are both the most wonderful people to be around. You won’t find a more honest dentist than Mary Addonizio. She is genuinely concerned about giving you only treatment that is really necessary and won’t try to sell you on any work that doesn’t need to be done. She is very thorough in her explanations and doesn’t rush. I had two fillings done and the procedure itself was comfortable and even pleasant. I was as relaxed as one can be while getting their teeth drilled. I highly recommend Dr. Addonizio. Thank you Mary and Denette.

Mary is a highly skilled DDS who takes the utmost pride in her work. She strives to care of her patients and she never tries to oversell services or products. Her honesty and integrity make her the perfect family dentist...that is why she has been my dentist for over 15 years! She is also a very kind and humble. I have already recommended her to a few friends and they love her as well. I no longer dread going to the dentist because it's always a pleasant and pain free experience :).
