Great dental practice and staff. I am so happy that I found a wonderful dental office with great staff, quality work and a clean pleasant environment. I went yesterday for ex-rays and a general exam. I was able to get in as early as today for a deep cleaning. Chris was AMAZING. Incredibly attentive, gentle and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on my deep clean and was able to do my entire mouth in under an hour.
It makes a huge difference when the staff is kind and you feel genuinely safe. Thank you to Chris and the team!

So, let's be real. Going to the dentist is not normally a fun visit or one you look forward to lol. However, I have to say that all that work at this office make it so that you really do. From Bonnie who runs the front desk, she is so sweet, genuine and even took the time to talk to my daughter. To Kasey who is so meticulous, caring, compassionate and really is awesome at her job and talking to patients. To Chris who talks you through the procedure and has absolutely the best communication I've ever gotten from a dental hygienist. They were so welcoming that my 5 year old had no issue

I've been coming here for over 6 years and finally decided to write a review. The front staffs were friendly and help me with figuring out my insurance policy because I didn't know what my plan cover and did not. Over the years, Dr Kluss and Dr Trebon took great care of my family and I. The dental hygienist is gentle and made me feel at ease. She took her time and gave me some really good recommendation on how to better care for my teeth. I've been to many dental office in the past where they would just cleaned my teeth and I'll be in and out in 15 minutes.

I'm writing this review a time after having dental work done by Kr. Kluss. Around 2013, Dr. Kluss placed a crown on one of my molars. Unlike a prior work i had done by other dentists, this one was very sensitive (painful) when eating anything cold. When advising him of that, he seemed very unconcerned about it, and just re-cemented the crown in place. For some time i had trouble, but assumed it was just due to the tooth. Finally, I had to have that crown replaced. After being replaced by my new dentist, the pain stopped, and the new crown feels a LOT more secure when biting down on food

I wish I could get a straight answer out of Alicia Dental about what they are doing to protect patients. They don't appear to have email so short of calling, this is all I can do. I've been reasonably happy with them in the past and when they called me to schedule an overdue cleaning, I naturally asked what they are doing to protect patients. The answer I got was "we clean every night, and we take your temperature when you come in." When I mentioned that not all Covid sufferers have a temperature, I was told "well, just call us back when you feel comfortable."

I have such bad anxiety when it comes to any kind of medical/dental work, but these guys are the absolute best. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and definitely goes above and beyond to help you out. Kacey is the biggest blessing I've encountered and she's personally helped me so much. Please beware if they ask you to pay for services in advance, and reimburse after insurance pays them. This happened to us, and they never reimbursed us after our insurance paid. Very unfortunate, and we will be calling the various Insurance Fraud boards and American Dental Association. We do also know a former hygienist and she confirmed that this is a common practice at Alicia Dental. Find yourself an honest Dentist, it makes a big difference for your family.

If you don't like going to the dentist and you put it off over and over time and time again... STOP IT! Make an appt with Dr Stevens and staff. I'm one of those that kept putting off the dentist until my mouth was a mess and I got to the point of embarrassment to even go to any dentist. Well... that all changed once I heard about Alicia Dental and Dr Stevens. I am a month into some major long overdue work and I'm thrilled with the process and the experience with this office. I will never change dental group again, I mean that. Ever since the first time I went here about two years ago, I was treated with respect and welcomed. Made me feel really good to be in the dentist office. I love how they treat me, I love how they work with me, therefore I never leave thee!
If you want great service and a friendly smile go here you won't regret it. They seem to really care and worry about you and your teeth and more importantly you never get the impression that it's just a business as I have experienced, they truly do care.

Everyone here is incredible friendly from the front desk, to the woman taking X-rays, she was gentle and efficient at cleaning my teeth as well, the dentist who Did my filling, Dr. Steven was the best! He put me at ease, he did a great job! I can't say enough about this office. My family and I will be back in six months!

Great staff and quick, easy service!
I had my teeth cleaned and had scheduled for my filling.It was the fastest filling I've ever had done in my life and feel so good about it. The doctor and nurse assisting him worked in such great synergy, it was extremely efficient.

It doesn't matter that my experience with the Dentist is limited. The treatment that I found through my Hygienists, Julie and Nicole was top notch and Nice is the best Medicine for nerves! They helped me understand all of the procedure throughout and answered whatever questions that I had and made it make sense. I can't imagine there being a better solution, or method than this. I will not be missing my appointments with Alicia Dental! Who knew? Julie and Nicole, considering the amount of work that needed to be done, were fast and efficient. Amazing Actually!
