If I could give them a zero I would. This company is a rip off. They will be charging for parking in a property they own in Carlsbad Ca...this company needs to figure out its moral compass. We already pay a lot to live in Carlsbad and eat their. Now pay for parking? They would be the only ones who charge. They should be ashamed.

Beautiful properties, poor service & bad attitude that starts from the top. 3/4" thick leases (even if you are a sub-lessee) . Some of the best properties in downtown SB with attitude that has gone on for decades.
These people would rather have some high flying shyster clients that go out of business 6 months after moving in rather than work with long term tenants that make sense.
This has been true in good times and bad times. Be very careful of signing a lease with these creatures. Not really a Santa Barbara way to do business. Read another way: these folks don't get it and
