Cafe Ana opened its doors at the end of 2018, after a extensive remodel of an old coffee shop space. Located on the corner of Anapamu and Anacapa streets in Downtown Santa Barbara, the restaurant offers dine-in and take-out in a fine-casual service environment.
Cafe Ana is open for breakfast, lunch, and early evening, offering a bright and lively space to enjoy a quick coffee and toast, leisurely afternoon lunch, a sandwich on the go, or sips before the show.The menu features eclectic California cuisine along with house-made pastries for breakfast and lunch as well as an evening menu of seasonally driven dishes to complement a curated selection of beer and wine.

I would give 0 star if I could. Worst company ever!! They asked me to submit an application along with a $50 fee. After they took my money they just completely ignored me. I literally called the agent Jason Sunukjian 20 times a day just to get updates and he just never picked up the phone. Was never able to get hold of anyone in the team also. No email to follow up what so ever. What a disgusting way of making money — taking people's money and doing absolutely nothing. I'm currently still under the process of claiming my money with my credit card issuer and it has been very frustrating. If you

I found my rental place with Lynx back in September 2017 and couldn't be happier. Jonathan Blakey responded to my inquiry same day and the whole process from viewing, to paperwork and moving in was a breeze. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Every maintenance request is done within couple of days and if it is an critical issue is done within an hour or two. Jonathan is a true professional in his job and an absolute pleasure to work with, something rare in property management companies these days.

Lynx has been extremely considerate and accommodating while I've been a tenant with them. There are A LOT of very bad property management companies and landlords out there, and Lynx is NOT one of those. I have had bad experience with rentals in Santa Barbara, which is why Lynx has been such a refreshing change. They make the application process easy, they make communication between you and them easy, and they are actually attentive when you have concerns. Lynx is the way to go if you're looking for a new home in Santa Barbara.

Well I'm impressed and I haven't been there. In looking for a studio or small 1 bd. So I asked a question & was pleasantly surprised when shortly after I got an answer from them. They were helpful & very nice to get back to me so fast & no brush like some. That's great business sense & friendly. More after I go check it out😀

Bad company, they don’t return emails on a timely maner. They say they hire competent people but unfortunately not.. I am currently dealing with a on site manager they have. She doesn’t know how to communicate with People on a profesional maner. She is arrogant. if she doesn’t like something she will yell at the person. she is aggressive, and violent.
