John and Jared were great to work with on my first home purchase! I really felt like they listened to and understood what I was looking for, and also pointed out things I wouldn't have known to look for myself. They were always quick to respond and were able to get me into houses the same day as they were listed. As a first time buyer, I also appreciated that they took the time to explain the process and all of my options at each step so I could understand what was being done and why.

John’s vast knowledge of the Nashville market and his real estate expertise was so valuable to us in selling our condo. Ours wasn’t the newest or the hottest property, but John suggested an asking price that we were pleasantly surprised with.
