The mark of a good professional relationship is good communication. Our experience was anything but. And I feel this contributed substantially to not getting the price for our house we expected, or the ease in finding a new home to move into. For example, we had a $330K offer for our house, the paperwork was screwed up, we asked for it to be corrected, and operated under the assumption that it would. However, when one week later we put a bit on a house, we found that this $330K offer had been withdrawn. We weren't told. The agent was not told. We had to pull our offer on a house we loved. We loved buying our home through Ashton real estate company. We worked with Tori Tyler. Highly recommend her as a friend and a real estate agent.
