I just wanted to write an update on our experience with Austin, which is WAY HIGHER than 5 stars!!!
As usual, Austin worked around the clock for us to find a home in an extremely competitive area. He was able to get a lead on a house before it even went on the market, because of his connections.
He has such a great sense of pricing -- from making an offer, to a counter offer to repairs needed on something during an inspection -- he was spot on during the entire process.
Once our offer was accepted (with a bidding war, that he guided us through), he was at the house constantly making sure
