As Chairman & CEO, and one of the founders of Vantage, Ned is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic plan, capital allocation. As President and one of the founders, Stuart is responsible for setting Vantage's strategic plan and its implementation at the property level. Ned and Stuart founded.

The property is located at 7th & Brannan, in close proximity to Vantage's highly successfully 888 Brannan repositioning and within two blocks of Showplace Square. Located two doors down the street on the same block are the Pinterest headquarters.
