I don't think you can ask for nicer and more professional people. Quality work, quality service and they made us feel like we were long-time friends, though it was our first time in the store. Wouldn't think of buying jewelery or having it repaired anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

I dropped in to this awesome jeweler to have a battery changed on my old watch. I walked out with a beautiful ring and a nice silver coat on one of my own rings. They are a great local place that I will come back to. Wish they were closer to my home on east coast! Thanks Steve! You guys were a delight to do business with!!!

We went in to look at a few stunning pieces and I asked one of the owners, Mr. Powell, if he would mind cleaning my wedding rings while we browsed...he was more than happy to oblige! He even reminded me to get my settings checked once a year. I tried on a few pieces while we chatted and my rings were being cleaned. Although we didn't buy anything (this trip) we will be back the next time we are down here. What a wonderful store, incredibly friendly and the jewelry is amazing. I can't wait to wear a piece from Coles!

We recently purchased a 1.5 engagement ring from Diane and Steven. They were both wonderful and knowledgeable. We wanted the ring pretty quickly and as soon as went in the store Diane was super helpful. She stated she would go to the market to shop for our diamond ASAP. It took less than a week and she found a beautiful 1.5 carat diamond. The service was great so decided to complete our shopping there with my fiancé's band as well. This shop was a great experience and the staff was no rude at all. I feel perplexed by the other reviews, both my fiancé and myself do.

I visited Cole's with two cousins. All of us spent several thousands of dollars and I came in with another cousin and her daughter yesterday. I said "I'm back", was ignored and when I tried showing them what we purchased, she blocked us from looking and treated us like we were trying to steal the items she was showing another customer by shoving them to the end of the counter. She never acknowledged our presence , nor did she ask the other sales clerk to help us who was with no one. She has lost customers and we went in to purchase a 4 Hurricane pendant which would have been

Worst experience ever!! Brought 7 watches in to get the batteries changed and not one could be done. Four of the watches were high end and they would not touch them or even send them out. Then they tried to do one and they were out of the battery and then the last one she tried she opened up but then could not get the back back on. Needed to get some pearls restrung and they were going to charge me $97 for a 16" necklace. Stay away they don't know what they are doing. Went down the street and they could do everything ncluding sent out the high end watches for battery change.
