Rechler Equity is not responsive, and takes years to fix things.
we have had AC problems for 2 years now and Rechler has been in to evaluate at least 5 to 7 times, and they never fix it, they usually blame us.
We are responsible for maintenance, but you cannot maintain a system. Also the roof has not stopped leaking for 7 years, and that is their responsibility and they wont fix it.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
For a company that size you would expect a better customer service. We have been waiting for years to address HVAC and water leaks problems. They drag their feet and the only thing they seem to care about is getting paid on time. Their really need to up their game if they want to keep their tenants.

We have been Rechler's loyal tenant for greater than 7 years, and have been complaining about this roof leak for almost the entire term - to no avail. We get promises of repair, etc. but, as may be seen, it's still leaking.
Tried subtracting the cost of damages and mitigation from the rent but that didn't work out very well.
It's not worth a lawsuit, but it does make for an unhappy tenant.
