We have been working with Bova Diamonds since 2006, when my husband purchased my engagement ring. We used Bova for my wedding band and my husbands wedding band and the experience was first class! We felt very comfortable (there is not pushy sales here) and were granted a lot of education on diamonds and metals.
Then when my Grandmother passed, my husband worked with Bova to create a drop pendant necklace with her center wedding stone for my something old and something new to walk down the isle. It is GEORGOUS!
In November we decided to upgrade my engagement and wedding band - totally deserved

Bova made my wife's wedding ring four years ago and it is still wonderfully beautiful. We travel often for business and pleasure, and there's seldom a trip where someone doesn't comment on her ring. Hands down the best jeweler in my opinion in all of Dallas is Jason at Bova Diamonds. Worked on a few things with Jason and every time he over delivers. First was my wife (then gf) engagement ring, then was the wedding band which my wife helped design. And just recently was my wife's push present. I was referred by a friend to Bova while looking for a custom engagement ring. I was able to pick out the loose diamond myself and showed them a picture of the ring I was looking for. They were able to customize the ring exactly as the picture and the center diamond was ridiculously amazing. Jason helped me all the way through and is very personable and calls to make sure every expectation was met. Came here on suggestion by a friend when shopping for engagement rings. They were incredibly helpful in finding me the perfect stone and setting. They were patient with me as well! Something clearly happened in the past few years, because this place does not have the "sleazy" feel that others mentioned! (This is good). I not only got an incredible stone for a great deal, but Nir and the crew designed me a beautiful setting and ring to go with it. I know my future bride-to-be is going to love it!
My only "complaint" would be their rating system. When picking my diamond, I was under the influence that it would be rated on the GIA system. But when I picked it up, it was rated by the EGL. By no means am I disappointed with my ring, but this switch did catch

The people at Bova were fabulous! I had searched at many wholesale outfits and retail stores and online. Kathleen was amazing. She was patient and would work with me as I would come back again and again with revisions for the engagement ring and diamond. Kathleen is one of the best people I know in the Diamond business. Let's be frank. I saw a negative review here on Yelp, and read through it in detail. However, having worked in sales, customer service, and social media marketing, I felt that the review I was reading seemed a bit... jaded. The way I see it.. sometimes, things don't go quite as planned, and you can't always please everyone to their exact demands. After reviewing the BBB report, it seemed the fine folks at Bova did everything they could do to make their customer happy. But then there's that old saying, some people are always trying to push water uphill

Bova has commented below, arguing that this review is irrelevant because the underlying claims were "resolved" by the BBB. By "resolved," they mean I missed a filing deadline for my complaint. The problems with Bova are no less significant for that fact.

I'd like to reiterate the other reviews on here from Brittni and B D. I wish I would've read them before visiting Bova Diamonds. This place is very sleazy, I originally visited Bova Diamonds to purchase a Diamond Engagement Ring. However, because I wanted a custom ring (or what they considered custom) I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete and deliver the ring to me (a total lie) as my friends ring was made that day in the store. I too worked with Mitch and both he and Nir told me that if I did not want the ring after 60 days I could return it for a full refund (lie number 2

My Fiance surprised me with a BEAUTIFUL ring from Bova! It is everything I could have dreamed of! They even met with him on Super Bowl Sunday to get the details of the ring finalized.
