Pinnacle North Apartments

We moved in May of 2021 and now that it has been over 6 months I can confirm this is an awesome place to live! Beautiful apartments, nice community, clean space, and great leasing/office staff. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. Common spaces are frequently cleaned and we have no problems with noise or neighbors. Our dogs love it because we are right across from the park. Very worth the price!

I’ve lived at Pinnacle North for 3 years and have to say I’ve been very happy here. The building is kept clean, hall carpeting is vacuumed and shampooed regularity , same with the elevators. Maintenance is very helpful if you have questions re an appliance. The grounds are landscaped and well cared for.

Location, location, location. Couldn't have picked a better location to build such a great complex. We are very comfortable here and are so glad to have downsized into this apartment. But please...........give us the pool next year!!!!!! It was one of the main reasons for moving here.Thanks.!

Nick is FANTASTIC! Incredibly helpful & always smiling, -- it was a pleasure to work with him. He is the best part of the complex!

We moved into Pinnacle North around 10 months ago. The apartments are nice looking and the location is great. However we have had a flooded apartment, fire alarms and continued cold drafts into our apartment through the windows, electrical outlets and HVAC air vents. Despite repeated calls, tickets and promises starting in November the repairs have only just started in May. Additionally when we moved in the company promised access to the Y until the next phase of the property completed which will bring a fitness center. Morgan has since renaiged on that promise no longer paying for the Y membership

WAY overpriced, quality of materials is quite low, paint can be wiped off with your hand. Quite a few imperfections upon move-in, not completed properly. Obviously a rushed job. Constant fire alarms being woken up in the middle of the night. If you are looking for a luxury apartment, move on, the only thing great about this place is the location. WAY overpriced.

I am so happy calling this luxurious apartment my home. The views of the lake are incredible. Nick has been professional and patiently assisting us before and after we occupied our residence.

I moved in a week ago and although I'm not entirely unpacked I already feel at home. Management was great in helping me with the details of moving in. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Inside parking for my car is wonderful. My apartment is very clean, quiet and beautiful. The 5th star is missing because there are some things I'm still figuring out.

Love living here. Everything you need is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, marinas, shopping. Our view of the lake is incredible and the staff do a great job running and maintaining the complex.

I don't think there will be an apartment building, you would love to live in more than Pinnacle North. The management team of this building is very professional in what they do. I believe they thought of ALL what you may need and did it. Even when you want something extra, they will be more than happy to help.
