Ranch Bungalow Homes - 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, 1620 square feet, 2 car attached garage, 9 foot ceilings throughout, gas fireplace with a 10 foot stepped ceiling area in the living room. Select bungalows may have basements that are unfinished, partial finish, fully finished with 3rd full bath options, or no basement (on slab).
Your monthly rent will include landscaping, snow removal, maintenance inside & out of your home, weekly trash service, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and access to our Community Center along with our other community amenities. Utilities, cable, and internet are not included with the monthly rent. At this time the only forms of payment we accept check (made payable to: Creekstone), cashier's check or money order.

Creekstone is a lifestyle not just a place to rent. I was the first to move in their 3 bedroom townhome. I chose an awesome end unit facing west so I can sip wine on my patio while the sun sets. Spacious floor plan, attached garage and everything is new. Pride Mark is a quality builder using quality materials and professional craftsmanship. Being one of the first to live here, I was able to pick my townhome and have the best location in this development. I lived here during grad school. The community is absolutely gorgeous as was our apartment. Brand new appliances, gorgeous countertops, and stunning flooring. The gym was perfect for what I needed and I never felt like it was overly crowded. Lots of stuff to do nearby and I felt for being so perfect that it was worth the money. The only downside to living there was that the walls are thin as is the flooring. You can receive a noise complaint for walking across the floor. The noise distributes oddly too so someone else can make noise and you might be blamed for it. My roommates and I received a

We have lived at Creekstone for over a year now and couldn’t be happier to call this place home . The community is safe, beautiful, well-maintained, and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. We downsized and moved into apartment/townhouse living 9years ago and have lived at Creekstone the past 2 years. Without a doubt Creekstone is tops on our list. It starts with the excellent office staff that greets you when you first look into Creekstone. It is as if you have known them before. They make you feel comfortable and there is no pressure what so ever to make a hasty commitment. Once you become a resident you are treated even better than your first meeting (if at all possible). We have found the amenity center to be an excellent facility and monthly there is a party with all residents

I really enjoy living in a townhouse in the Creekstone community! It's safe, clean, quiet and luxurious. The leasing office staff is the best! They respond quickly to any issues and will do anything to ensure you love where you live. They also take the time to get to know their residents and we are treated like friends and neighbors, not just a monthly dollar sign. Great location and great community!

I moved to Creekstone after 50+ years of being a homeowner to reside in an apartment here in Creekstone Community. I haven't looked back once. I am thoroughly enjoying life here. I knew I needed certain amenities, a garage and pet friendly were high on the list. Creekstone exceeded my expectations. I chose an apartment on the ground floor overlooking forever wild woods full of wildlife -- something I also enjoy. I find the entire Creekstone staff -- from the grounds crew, the maintenance staff, to the leasing office to be friendly and accommodating. Pride Mark Homes built a beautiful community

I am delighted to be a resident of the Creekstone Community. This development has combined the best designed and built housing with the finest staff they could gather for administration. The result is really pleasant living areas and very efficient maintenance provided with pleasant courtesy. Outside, the lawns and landscaping areas are carefully attended to in the "green" seasons and Winter Snow and ice is shoveled and salted very promptly. The beautiful pool and well appointed work out room, as well as the lovely shared social areas round out the list of amenities. The smiles and outgoing personalities
