We love Ms. Maggie in my house. Leaving our first born was really hard but they allowed us to tour before he was born, tour again, meet Ms. Maggie & let her interact with our little love before his first day. She’s amazing and has always made me feel comfortable leaving my infant in her care. When we first met several of his teachers new his birthday and were all very welcoming to our little love. They also do arts and crafts with the infants and send home the cutest keepsakes.

Mrs. Maggie is amazing! We have had the pleasure of working with her since November, and cannot say a bad thing about her and her work ethic She communicates effectively and in a timely manner. Always asking how she can help make my daughter's day easier at daycare. Mrs. Maggie also writes little notes on my daughter's daily reports, so I have a bit more information as to what she did on that day. Or writes me a letter with more information or upcoming changes. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares for each of her students. My daughter loves her and I feel at

I truly appreciate the great care given to my baby boy! He has been attending since he was 3 months (he's now one) and he cheers every morning when I drop him off! I appreciate the daily reports that lists how much he ate, his diaper changes and nap times and they also do activities and special events to stimulate his mind and keep him happy!

As first time parents, going back to work after having our first baby we were naturally worried. However, we have had such a wonderful and pleasant experience. I feel at ease dropping him off knowing his teachers care so much for him. Mrs. Maggie has been so wonderful to our son and I truly feel he is genuinely loved and cared for deeply her and his other teachers Ms. Kelsie & Ms. Erandi as well.
We especially love receiving his arts & crafts. I have noticed he has made significant strides in his development that I'm not sure he would have otherwise made so quickly with "in home care."

My detailed reviews keep getting deleted, so here's the summary: Look through the photos in the Google Listing for the video.
In August, the director and assistant director quit. Parents were not notified and the facility was very secretive and dishonest about why.
My infant then had a revolving door of teachers in her classroom. One of which unbuckled her from her high chair and walked away. My daughter fell head first onto the tile floor (see the video). Then they put her to sleep with a possible concussion. I wasn't informed until that evening. They tried to conceal what really happened and

We have had both our sons here as infants, Mrs. Maggie is the infant teacher and she is amazing. The babies love her. I always left my son knowing he was in good hands when she was in the room and he was all smiles when she was there. It’s hard to leave an infant with complete strangers but Mrs. Maggie does a great job at making you feel like family. The office staff is great as well, always welcoming you and helping you with whatever they can help with.

My first time with daycare experience, and I was very weary about leaving my 3 month old son. I went for a tour of the facility & the staff was very welcoming. I was guided to the infant room where my baby would be & there I met Ms. Maggie. Big smile with red hair lady & lipstick, cuddling another baby, I remember thinking she's motherly, we talked about his likes & dislikes, she reassured me my son would be taken care of, and if I had any special requests? I asked if she spoke spanish, she said yes. I asked if she can only speak to my son in spanish, which till this day she does, my son is now

Update: I have since taken my daughter to this daycare, she is now 8 months. My 2 year old also attends here. They have for been lucky enough to have Mrs. Maggie as a teacher. I feel like I’m leaving my babies with family because she cares for them so much and helps them grow. I enjoy receiving the art work Mrs. Maggie does with them, I hang it at home and work. It was much easier taking my daughter to daycare, knowing that she would be in Mrs. Maggie’s class. Even my son, enjoys seeing her. She is a great teacher and gives me the comfort of being a watchful eye and heart for my babies.

I have had my daughter at this daycare for about six months, and in that time I have very much appreciated the care and attention they have given her. Each day I get a daily log of how much and when she ate, when her diaper was changed (and if she had a bowel movement), her mood, and anything else they noticed! The one or two times she fell while trying to stand up, they wrote a report of the incident and called me quickly. They also called when she refused to eat one day. I found this level of communication extremely valuable, and it makes me feel very confident that if anything bad occurred,

My daughter has been at the DWLC Downtown location since she was 7 months old. This facility is not only a daycare but they Teach the Kids at the facility. The employees treat my daughter very good. Every morning she wakes up wanting to go to daycare. She tells everyone hello and goodbye as she is leaving for the day. The staff is very nice, and respectful. I love that her teachers have always notified me of what happens with my daughter no matter how big/ small the incident is. My daughter health is important and when the air quality is medium to high they keep her inside because she has really
