We tried 2 brand name heating service companies in Roseburg in the past and ended up frustrated by their knowledge of the product (repair) and results. FINALLY found Mahalo...WOW! These people are amazing. Timliness, professionalism and a quality product at a cost I thought was more than reasonable. A followup visit was made the day after heat pump installation to be sure it was done right. These people are passionate about delivery of service from the office to the followup. You won't be sorry!!

Called and had an appt set up to replace our old heat pump and coil in the furnace. Apparently they don’t know what they are doing as the installer had forgotten to put the drain on coming from the coil, so that ended up being a disaster. To top it off I could hear consistent foul language as this was all being done. Not professional and would not recommend again. Maybe this was just a one off, but come on!

Mahalo has serviced our AC at our business for several years, so when I was ready for a new system at my home, I called them. I got a call right back, had an appointment set, and they showed up, very professional, and even got the quote back the same day. During these crazy covid times, I have had so many contractors not show, or call back, so I was even more impressed that they had the professionalism to follow up. As a business owner, I understand customer service, and I will say, I HIGHLY recommend Mahalo.

During this heat wave our AC went out on us and couldn't get anyone out for over 10 days, I called Mahalo and they were unable to help us but did recommend another company that was able to come out by Monday. Thank you Mahalo for putting our needs above your company's profits. We will definitely do business with you when replacing our 17 year old heat pump.
