We started our accident case 11 months ago, we've gone through 4 case handlers, was told the firm didn't have a litigator and finally tonight, we were called by the COO that they were dropping our case. Guess they don't want to work for their cut, just take the easy cases. We were involved in a 12 car pileup (we were car #7) and they said they didn't have a case? Pitiful.

I would not use them. I got no help. Every time I called Veronica told me it was between you and them also she wanted me to go to the doctor she chose which took a month. I could not understand the decisions she made. After months of no help and me doing all the work I finally decided to find another lawyer.

I highly recommend you find yourself another lawyer. I really thought that given they are all over the radio and given that they charge a 40% fee (more than the average 33%), they would do a great job with our case. First of all, I had to contact them to ask when they were going to send us to therapy after one week of being in pain. They never initiated the plan.

I used this firm as I'm a long time listener of KFI and kept hearing their advertisement. After getting T-boned in a parking lot l decided to use this form for my case. They informed me if the case was settled with a certain amount of time (I believe it was 60 days), their fee percentage was one amount and after that it increased. Needless to say this simple case took over a year even when the other driver admitted fault!! Long story short, they ended up getting more of a settlement than I did. If you can find a firm with a lower rate or even stay away from televised attorneys you may be better
