Well I'm glad I didn't get past the no more then 5 words phone conversation. He didn't even hear me out. Right away said it sounded like a civil case after only saying two words was rude and cut me off on the phone and did not even let me say more. Turns out to be it's a little bit more serious then a civil matter maybe it was just my experience but just be warned that's the kind of customer service you'll possibly be dealing with.
