My Name is Fredrick Williams and I formed Quality Home Inspection, LLC after successfully completing all of the required training by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspections. After retiring from the Shreveport Fire Department as a Battalion Chief/Paramedic with 31 years of loyal service and spending the past 20 plus years conducting insurance inspections on both residential and commercial properties.
A standard home inspection is a visual examination of the physical, structure and major systems of a residential building. However, it should be clearly understood that a home inspection is NOT to be confused with an appraisal, home warranty evaluation, building code inspection, or a guarantee of any kind, and /or an insurance policy on the condition of the property.
Residential properties are based on square footage and location of the property with a minimum of $325.00. Plus a $5.00 fee for each report that is paid to the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors. Pier & Beam properties have an additional $75.00 surcharge. We have several discounts available.
