It is performed by the buyer after a property has been put on the market by a seller. The Pre-Purchase inspection will help the buyer identify damage or other problems that may exist with a property prior to purchasing the home.

Pelican State Inspection charges an additional $75 if the home has a lawn sprinkler system and you choose to have it inspected. Pelican State Inspection charges an additional $100 if the home has a crawlspace foundation. How do you tell if the house has a crawlspace foundation? If the home is raised above the ground and there is an space underneath it is a crawlspace foundation.

I contacted these good people but the timing didn't work out. and I use another company and I was very sorry that I DID not hire Pelcan State.
I had a great time on the telephone and I felt that Palican State would do a really good job but, I had a short time to get it done in and it just didn't work out. I know after my terrible experience with the people (unnamed) I did hire I know it would've gone better here. In the future make the time for the right people..
