Mr. Michael I. Silverman is the co-founder of Silverman, McDonald & Friedman. He maintains a general civil litigation practice with a focus on personal injury, workmen's compensation and commercial litigation. He is a frequent lecturer for the Delaware State Bar Association.
Mr. Silverman has also previously been appointed by the Insurance Commissioner's office to serve on the Insurance Commissioner Panel hearing motor vehicle accident related litigation.As a seasoned litigator, Mr. Silverman has gained a reputation for fighting for his clients to attain results. He has worked as lead trial counsel culminating in million dollar verdicts.

Robert C. McDonald was born and raised here in Delaware. He joined forces with his partners to create Silverman, McDonald & Friedman in 1999 in order to focus his efforts on helping people in need throughout the state. Attorney McDonald is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the Delaware State Police and a former commercial aircraft and helicopter pilot, though if you look up on a clear day you might find him buzzing around above you.
Attorney Jeffrey S. Friedman joined Silverman, McDonald & Friedman in 2001 to better serve Delaware clients in need of auto accident, personal injury or workers' compensation services. Originally from Syracuse, Attorney Friedman and his family are active members of their community: he is a former Board member of Price Run Day Care, and regularly volunteers with local youth sports organizations.

Jeff Friedman was my attorney in a auto accident injury case. Not only did HE PERSONALLY travel 90 miles to my home for my FREE initial consultation. He worked diligently and hard on my case and I never even had to go to his office once. He got my car paid off in full, took care of all problems when my Ins co refused to authorize prescriptions and… he got me the settlement I wanted even though the police report stated I was at fault. I'm sure the other partners at his firm are just as competent. However I'm giving Jeff Friedman 6 stars instead of 5. Accident, injury, or Whatever, go no further
