I think the major issue here that affects the service the clients receive is caused by a shortage in staff. They have great programs and the staff are all friendly. Though whenever there is a problem, something gets misplaced or something was not done that I was told it would be, It comes down to the staff are trying the best they can but just need more hands to help them. Service is very slow right now and it takes a long time to get in. Even for emergency issues. This is not the employees faults for sure. Great Staff, Doctors and Nurses both on the Clinic Side and the Dentist side.

The mobile staff of Christy, Kelly and Dionne were extremely professional and helpful when they sponsored a Covid-19 clinic at ITI Technical College on Thursday, 7/1/21. They visited campus earlier in the week to provide information and to answer questions. They were friendly and patient when answering questions and listening to students' concerns. We are extremely pleased and grateful that they were able to provide this service for our community.

I hands down love this place. I go here for the pediatric part for my kids. Audrey and her nurses are hands down amazing. They go the extra mile to ensure your happiness and health for the little ones. I love that they aren't pushy and don't pressure you into anything unnecessary. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for care. The front desk ladies are wonderful as well, I personally haven't had any issue. I know they have a lot to handle and it can get stressing at times but they are doing their best and are really welcoming.

Wouldn't give the 1 star. Worst service ever. Dr Warren Frasier is unprofessional and rude. I began my appointment with him and he's asking me questions but would not allow me to give detailed answers Kept telling me that he doesn't need to hear all the important information that I was providing to him about my diabetes and medications I would not recommend him at all he does not have the proper patience he should have to call himself a doctor and he is very rude to have kept cutting me off when I'm trying to explain and answer the questions he was asking. Very poor service.

Terrible, terrible front desk staff. Iāve been here multiple times and every time the front desk staff is somewhat rude and uninformative. Waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment at 12:20 and they came back and said sorry we didnāt mean to schedule you on our lunch. They did not even tell me they were on lunch.
The most recent time i asked how much longer it would be for my appointment and the front desk staff just throws her hands up and says āI donāt know, as you can see other people went in front of youā.
I also assumed std testing was free since thatās what I was told and Iāve

Open Health might just be the best health clinic I've ever been to. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised by every single part of my visit, including the lab area, the nurses, and the other clinicians. They run this place like a well-oiled machine. If you're needing health care and you're sick of spending countless hours in waiting rooms and overdue appointments, try out Open Health.
