The Healthcare Gallery and Wellness Spa is a primary care medicine practice and a premier wellness facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and make every patient as healthy as they can be. Our team is passionate about protecting patients from the ailments and stressors everyday life can bring.
We accept most insurance plans for primary care services, including Medicare and Medicaid. However, insurance does not cover many of the services we offer, such as cosmetic laser treatments. We also offer Smart Care as a financing option. You may be able to use your flexible spending account (FSA) to cover massage therapy.

Dr. Elliott takes the time to really listen to his patients' needs and address each one carefully. Since becoming his patient, my overall health has improved drastically. I completely trust Dr. Elliott and highly recommend him to anyone who is having any type of health issues, especially chronic illness. It's so important to address all health concerns, and Dr. Elliott does this. He really cares about his patients' wellbeing and it shows. Thank you, Dr. Elliott! I had an allergic reaction the previous night. I was able to get an appt the next morning and was treated very quickly. The receptionist, nurse and Dr. Elliot were great. They are professional, yet personable as well. Beautiful snd clean office!

Dr. Elliott, and everyone that works here, are great. They listen to their patients, and actually care how you're feeling. Wether it be for minor illness or for addiction services, they're here for you. Even the environment is relaxing.
Last year I met with them after battling an addiction that isn't really well known currently. We both dove in together to test & attempt treatment. I've been seeing them ever since.
As a patient I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed physically, or mentally.

I luv the nurses there they're so friendly and nice unlike some places I've been. And Dedra actually cares about what's going on with you instead of like somebody's doctors who can give to fly and you know what's about you she actually takes the time and listens and helps to fix the problem I love Deidre and I will continue going to her.

The Healthcare Gallery and Wellness Spa is great! I have been on a skin care journey the past few years.I have a hormone disorder so my skin is on a constant roller coaster. Jessica understood and was knowledgeable in the issues I was facing,she has helped me work up a plan so my skin will be wedding ready by September! After only two visit with Jessica I can tell a huge difference and have even received compliments!!! I would recommend the Wellness Spa to everyone!
