Shawn, the owner of Schultz Construction LLC, started as a student at the Hub Area Vo-Tech School in Aberdeen SD. As a student under the guidance of his teacher and mentor Jim Franzen, he instantly knew that construction was his calling.
Within 5 years he expanded his building processes to include working with concrete; poured foundations of new and existing homes as well as stamped and colored concrete. From homes completed ranging from 1,000 to over 7,000 square feet, our primary focus is on the quality project - from start to finish.
