Heritage Estates is a community of 27 residential lots, 16.5 acres located in Brown County in the northeast corner of the city of Aberdeen. At Heritage Estates, you are tucked away from busy roads yet conveniently located with great access to 8th Avenue, a main road to traverse the city east to west and blocks from Roosevelt Avenue to traverse the city north to south.
We had a great home building experience with Frost Construction. They are dedicated to quality and doing things the right way.
