I'm here to make your session fun, light hearted & beautiful! I'm a wife to my incredible husband and a mommy to our 2 amazing girls, and sweet new boy! From the moment I laid eyes on my first born, I had a need to create a time capsule for myself. I found that the photos that captured real moments were my favorites.

Services
It's important for me to keep the cost straight forward and easy to understand. I want you to be able to print and share your images for a lifetime, so all sessions include hand edited high resolution files in an online gallery for you to download. You can expect 100+ images from each session. There are no additional fees or hidden costs.

Laura is an amazing photographer! We've had our family photos done by her for the last four years and they always turn out extremely well. She always has the coolest ideas for locations too. She's great with kids and even when our son doesn't want to cooperate, she still manages to get him engaged to get wonderful shots. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

Our first session with Laura was when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter. Almost five years and two kids later, Laura has been there to capture our growing (and crazy!) family. She has the magical ability to calm a raging toddler and work with my husband and I so we look natural and candid, not posed or stiff. Her photos are full of light and love, which radiates through each shot. Practically every single picture frame in my house is of her work. And not just of my family — one of my favorite scenic photos is an old but graceful oak tree which currently adorns my fireplace mantel.

Laura has done our family photos multiple times and each experience was amazing. She helped us do family pictures with a dog and toddler which should have been a mess but with her the pictures turned out amazing. A few years later we used her for pictures with our twins (newborn and when they were toddlers) and those turned out beautiful.
She is able to capture smiles with our grumpy kids and basically makes our family look better than we are. Definitely recommend.

AMAZING! Our family pictures are beautiful and it's all because of Laura. She is fun, creative, professional and has a lot of patience! I really appreciated the time she took to send me outfit ideas for the photo shoot, location scouting and places us in real life poses while telling me or my husband to move a hand or fix a hair so that we didn't look silly. Laura gets your images back to you quickly and you will rush to put them up in your home, I'm sure of it! Enjoy :)

We came into town to visit family and decided it would be nice to get some pictures all together. Laura was kind and professional, the location was beautiful and she captured amazing photos with our large group. I highly recommend Laura Pope Photography! My preschool kids loved her and she worked well with them. Best decision!

Your photo session with Laura will make you feel like you're meeting up with an old friend and you'll be amazed at the photos that she gets! I have enjoyed our sessions with Laura because she takes all of the stress out of photo sessions. I don't have to worry about my 3 kids not cooperating or being typical toddlers...she captures natural poses and somehow makes them look magical. My husband, who generally hates doing family sessions because of the stress and hassle, enjoys our sessions with Laura, too, because it is like a play date for our family and Laura just happens to be there capturing

Laura is such a talent! Her work is beautiful and she captures connection perfectly. She is as nice in person as you would think and so easy to get along with. She also has children of her own, so she is well versed in working with children to capture their unique personalities. I highly recommend working with Laura!
