Candid Gem has been there from the start of our wedding planning. They took the time to get to know us at our engagement shoot and really taught us how to pose so for our wedding day we would be prepared.
2020 has been one heck of a year and because of Covid, our May 2020 Wedding was cancelled! I was a mess, crying, stressed and worried we would never get to experience the wedding we dreamed of.
Candid Gem was so supportive and flexible and made sure to let us know they would be available for our wedding day whenever that would be. After Plan A and B failed, we decided to go with Plan C.

I literally grew up with theses two beautiful souls. I must admit their passion for photography is endless. I see them take the most amazing photos of people anywhere outdoors and translate into incredible stills. I really love the husband-wife team because they totally understand how to capture the best photos and everyone's best angle. They have awesome equipment and you can depend on them for any occasion. Eric and Gladys from Candid Gem were AWESOME! We met them in a wedding fair around March 2017 as we just got engaged was looking for photographers and other ideas for our wedding. Eric and Gladys is married couple, both fun to work with and are very easy going. From meeting them to our wedding was a least 1.5 year wait time. They were always there to answer my questions and needs. From our engagement photo shoot to the wedding day, they have been on top on things. Wow! Gladys and Eric were amazing to say the least. They were our photographers for my sister's engagement party and let me just say so glad we were able to book them. They were patient with us and our family and captured rare moments (like my mom taking a shot at the bar) that we will forever have. They even did a mini photoshoot for them that was breathtaking!! Love their professionalism! And their tandem as a couple will really show up on how they take their craft seriously. Great Photographers!!!! They did our maternity shoot. It was one awesome experience!! Have kids? No worries! These couple knows how to handle them very well as not to get them bored and would have them smile to the camera playfully. Candid Gem Photography & Photo Booth are the best photographers I've ever had the privilege of using. I've now used/seen them do photography for several events. The owners Eric and Gladys are the most professional, passionate, talented and amazing people I know. I was also extremely impressed by their photography equipment. They use photo booths that have the latest technology. They blew me and my entire church away at the church event we hired them for. Candid Gem did such an amazing job with our Family Photos! I have to say they are so personable and fun to be with. The time that we spent together taking pictures went by so fast since we were laughing basically the whole shoot. They made my son feel so comfortable with taking the pictures. They had such genuine patience with my son and his activeness and goofiness and still made the pictures look so perfect with his silliness. They made our family feel great and not awkward at all. There aren't enough words in the English dictionary to express our gratitude for Candid Gem! Not only are they professional, but they are also so hard working and unbelievably easy to communicate with. I first saw Eric & Gladys at my friend's wedding. I loved the backgrounds and props (Huge Warriors heads!!!). A few months later, I dragged my fiancee to a bridal show and saw Eric and Gladys' showcasing at the show. We chatted a bit and within an hour we booked them for our February wedding. We met them at the Bay Area Wedding Fair and enjoyed taking a few photos while we were there planning our wedding. We decided to hire them for our own and they lived up to what was promised.

I wanted to do something memorable for my 30th Birthday Party. So, I rented a hall, got tons of food & drinks, and even hired a casino to entertain my guests! But none of it would have mattered if I didn't Hired BTS Photo Booth to capture it all! Eric and Gladys did the perfect job to capture and record all the fun we had that night. I got the photo booth with amazing props, which was a big hit with my family and friends. Behind The Scenes provided the photo booth for my wedding, and they did a great job. The props were varied, and in good repair. The booth itself took great pictures and the video messages are hilarious!
One fellow on staff for the venue made a point to tell me that he'd never seen such a well run booth. Eric and Gladys are great people, and they know what they're doing!
