The plumbers were great and so knowledgeable in every aspect of plumbing. Very personable too!! The plumbers removed an old toilet, sold me a new one, installed the new one and removed the old toilet. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. The plumbers were Mark and James. I very highly recommend them. Great hard workers!! Thank you so much for the professional , speedy service!!

Called them on Monday to install a toilet and replace supply line, scheduled for Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning as promised, provided a time window. Called ahead, showed up in the window, installed the toilet in about an hour. Michael and his colleague (who's name has slipped my mind) were polite and professional and did a fast and quality job. No complaints. Good price. I'll be using them again!

We had a very complicated plumbing issue in our home and we were lucky enough to find West End Plumbing through a Google search. We spoke to Adam (the owner) on the phone and he patiently discussed the problem with us. I’ve been using this company for over 8 years. They are always on time, professional and fair in price. I recently had a pipe leak under my home, which required a leak detection to be performed. Pete and Gary are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The actual repair will be performed at a later date due to scheduling conflicts on my end. However, they made sure I would be functional to maintain my daughters needs while pending the repair. I recommend them time and time again.

I called them for a leak in my living room ceiling coming from the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. They told me they did work with jacuzzi tubs and they charged $95 just for the visit. When the plumber got here, he said they did NOT work with jacuzzi tubs, he said it would be $250 to open up the living room ceiling and when I asked him if he could do it that day, he said "I have to see, because I have to move the furniture by myself". Mind you it was just the couch to move to the side. I felt him was just lazy or maybe he wanted me to pay $250 AND help him! He also did NOT do any

We had a new kitchen sink put in 3 months ago, and we were surprised when we had a flood from under the sink. It was NOT done by West End. Apparently a pipe was not glued as it should have been. I looked on our community FB page for plumber recommendations and several recommended West End Plumbing. They were responsive, came within 2 hours of my call, Gary Brown redid the plumbing, which looked a lot better then the original work done by someone else. We are West End customers from now on! I called them to switch out and install a new kitchen faucet. Wasn't sure if I would need new angle stops. Gary Brown, the plumber, evaluated the stops and they were fine, so he installed the faucet. He was professional, courteous and explained everything in plain language so a lay person could understand. Highly recommend west end plumbing for their honesty, professionalism, responsiveness and fair pricing.

I received service the same day I called. Although it was an emergency to me, it was not an urgent emergency. I could not use my kitchen sink and had to turn the water off from underneath. I was pleasantly surprised for the timely response and professional service from Mike R who was the tech that came to my home. He was professional and actually installed a new faucet for me at the time of the visit. Most companies I had talked to said that I should buy the faucet and then they would install it. We just moved to a new house and have a lot of items on our list.
They were fast to respond and send a Technician, however this guy was all about selling, not about helping and identifying the issues.
When asked to replace shower trims, his response was can only replace the whole systems $$$$, when asked to check garbage disposal, his answer is they only replace to new ones, a quick check by my wife found plastic stuck inside and no need to replace, when asked to check a clogged toilet he was upselling various services instead of going out to check and find out that the septic is full and all his

I called West End plumbing because the toilet was leaking. Plumber came a few hours later. The guy looked at it and told me it needed a repair. I questioned the price, so he called his office. Adam, the owner got on the phone with me, explained the process of the repair and asked if I had a coupon. I did not, although I have seen them before. Who hangs on to them? He applied the coupon and adjusted the pricing. The work was done right away! I never know who to trust, but West End Plumbing did the right thing.

I recently had a water leak inside a wall . I've been using WEP for many years but this was a much bigger problem than I've ever had before. Naturally it was first noticed on a Saturday night. I called that night and had a water extraction company here the next morning. There was no exposed water or someone would have been here that night.by Monday a plumber was here to find the leak (it was buried in a cement slab) and devise a solution. By the next day, with as little damage as possible, the leak was stopped and ready for repair. Today, Thursday, a new water line was rerouted and everything

I would definitely recommend West End Plumbing! Had a new Hot Water Heater installed as preventative measure. The job was done, on time, as promised, in a neat and clean manner. All PVC was changed to brass fittings. Nothing needed to be asked for twice, it was all part of the routine job.
In these days of masks and gloves you are usually afraid to allow people into your home.
This was an excellent company to deal with. Price wise, people wise and anything else that matters.
The 2 technicians who installed the Rheem Hot water tank were Mike and James.
