Line Upon Line Montessori is dedicated to the education of the young child. We provide an environment that helps stimulate positive growth in the physical and cognitive development of children ages 3-6. Line Upon Line Montessori does not discriminate against sex, race, religion or creed. Line Upon Line Montessori gives every child the respect they deserve as an important member of our community and as the future of our world.

It is our goal to help every child become independent, self sufficient and confident human beings. We believe in Maria Montessori's philosophy that all children are unique, curious about their world and are born with a desire to learn. We respect these characteristics and it is our goal to provide an environment where the child will have a quality learning experience.

Hi, my name is Sheri Aurich. I finished my Montessori certification through AMI in May of 1994. I immediately took a position in Janesville Wisconsin where I helped open up a private Montessori school called Rock Prairie Montessori and taught my first 3 years there.

After the birth of my first child, my husband at the time and I returned to Mesa AZ where I opened up my first preschool on Broadway and Stapley and have been happily self employed ever since 1997.I met Nikki in 1998 when she enrolled her son Jordan in my preschool. 2 years later Nikki decided to take the Montessori training and in 2001 she did her internship under my direction, and graduated from the same school I did 7 years previous.
I have had a passion working with young children since a very young age and fell in love with Montessori when my son started attending Sheri's school 20 years ago. It was then that I realized what I wanted to do with my career. I love the hands-on learning approach and seeing how much children can attain at such a young age.
Dr. Maria Montessori, the first woman to graduate from the University of Rome Medical School, became interested in education as a doctor treating retarded children. After returning to the university, for further study, she began her work with normal children in 1907 when she was invited to organize schools in a reconstructed slum area of San Lorenzo, Italy.

I’m so grateful for Line Upon Line Montessori. We looked at several preschools and Montessori’s and nowhere is quite like this one. Our daughter loves going to school and comes home knowing things we be know we never taught her. She’s very handy and great at doing practical things because of Nikki and Sheri. The second you walk in the door it’s hard to even look anywhere else! It will be a sad day when our 4 year old leaves for kindergarten.
