I am so delighted with the work that Alese, Ann, and Linda are doing as they organize my parents' belongings for auction. After several years of being closed, the US Bankruptcy Courts decided on and approved Hurley Auctions to conduct a Chapter 7 bankruptcy auction of Gettig Technologies Inc. which included Gettig Engineering & Manufacturing, Gettig Pharmaceutical Instrument, Stelrema Corporation, Beacon Tool Corporation, GPI Aviation, all manufacturing equipment, injection molding systems and contents of each facility, as well as several pieces of real estate.

Would have liked a little direction ( in writing) on the bidding page for what to expect. I had asked others or would not have known.
Once I got started, I enjoyed it and it went well.
For day of pickup, to help YOU." make the schedule an appointment time" in big bold letters. After seeing the large product code emblem and time frame of pick up I did not see the SCHEDULE portion . My apologies. I would not want to mess up your system. Glad it worked out. I will know in future but this will help new buyers.

Hurleys always provides a positive experience. Bidding site functions well and staff at auction sites and in your office is always very helpful. My only request would be better photo representation of items as well as dimensions of those things not obvious on size. I know you offer review days but I typically drive 30-40 miles one way so an additional trip isn’t practical. As it is I don’t bid if unsure from photo. Extra photo or two could increase bidding and your profit!

I want to say how very, very helpful the Hurley folks were. I won a doll house and went to pick it up. When I checked in, the lady asked if I had a truck. I said, "No. Why?" She replied it was a HUGE doll house. (I had not paid attention to the dimensions. I was just thinking "doll house" as in able to be put in my back seat easily.) Then I saw it. She was right; it was huge. However the Hurley folks helped me fit the dollhouse in the back of my van and tie the rear doors shut. I know auction personnel are not supposed to help customers, but these folks need to be recognized. They went out of their

I am totally addicted to their auctions. I have gotten a few duds but mostly it has been fantastic stuff, all of the people at pickup are wonderful and kind. If i were a little closer to the places, I would definitely recommend doing the previews to make sure you are bidding on something that is actually worth your time & money.

Had a wonderful experience with Hurley Auctions. Not only was I totally satisfied with my purchased items i was also extremely impressed with your employees. It was a very hot day, and the heat had obviously taken it's toll on me, you're employees invited me to sit down, and gave me a cold towel and water so I could recover. I never felt rushed at any time and was able to recover myself. I will forever be grateful for your employees kindness and concern.

I buy regularly and I have never had a problem. The people are great, friendly and professional. The online auctions are easy to understand and follow along, much better then some other ones I use. The pickups go very smooth with the appointments, show up a few minutes before your time and within a few minutes you're getting your stuff and you're on your way. The only thing I could possibly criticize is sometimes their website is a little slow loading the pictures. Over all definitely a five star outfit.

We were very happy with our initial contact and quick arrangements date for my mom's household items to be cleared from the property. That was March, COVID hit and to no fault of the business, we were on hold. It is now the end of July and after numerous calls and assurances they would get to us, I have been patient but.....crickets! Today still NO idea when we can expect the removal of these items. House is sold and no where to put these items. Very disappointed. But moving on!

I think the people who work at Hurley's auction are probably good people. However, they do not take the time to make sure they are giving good information. If you deal with this business, check absolutely everything they say about an item or property. There are no guarantees that a description is accurate.
The property our house is on is zoned agricultural, yet we were told by Hurley's auction it was zoned community commercial.
I also bought what was supposed to be a brand new not yet assembled wheel burrow. It turned out to be a bunch or random used parts that did not make a whole
