Moving into a new property carries a number of responsibilities; we want to help you get settled in your home, which is why we've carefully created the checklists below. Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any unpaid application fees must all be taken care of at the lease signing. Your move-in information will also be provided at the lease signing, including all details about property inspections.
East Coast Real Estate Group LLC is changing our stance on pets. The reason for this change is that we are partnering with a company called Pet Screeners. This company applies the pet's and the owner's information to their scoring program and rates the risk involved. Based on the risk factors, the resident will pay a monthly pet admin fee.

Cant get anyone return calls. I know several people posted bad reviews onky for it to be removed. this rating is false. This company charges high application fees and they dont tell you they create credit score they dont use the score from the 3 credit bureaus which I will be filing claim with BBB. Save your money and stay away this greedy place.

Recently I have applied with my fiancé for an apartment in Hagerstown. We had everything together even the down payment. Except our credit in check because of prior mistakes made. Unfortunately we were denied because of this. While I can understand why you would deny someone for poor credit we were clearly making 5 times the rent of 875. I think your business should be open to excepting people with less then perfect credit. Just because someone’s score is low doesn’t mean that should define them as responsible or irresponsible. I work hard and have made mistakes with my credit like millions

I had a great experience with Tyler from ECREG. He stopped by to fix a few things around my property and seemed very knowledgeable about all of my concerns. He did great work in a short amount of time and was very polite while he was here. He also confirmed the appointment and provided me with a more precise ETA ahead of time which was nice.

1st and foremost I have to thank Megan for always going above and beyond for whomever she is in contact with. I've been with east coast for a year and they have made it a standard to take care of the tenants first. Any service request or issue I had was taken care of expeditiously. I recently moved from the apartment I had due to my lease being up and a change of ownership. (The new owners don't hold a flame to east coast real estate fyi).
