Upon his graduation, he attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid as per the contract agreement. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services.
I have been going to Sean for over 10 years now. I only trust him with my smile. He recently relocated to Florida and anytime I need dental work I fly to him from Ohio to get my teeth done. That says a lot! I recently just had him do veneers and I'm in love. Such an amazing job! I have told my friends and family about how great he his not only as a dentist but as a person.

You will never find a better Dentist than Dr. Sean Bates😁
Myself and my daughter was with Dr Bates when he was in Ohio and then he moved to Florida.
So my daughter would fly down here purposely to see Dr Bates as her dentist. He is so worth it. Sean is the best you will ever find.
You will not regret coming to see him I promise and I’m a big chicken at Dentist but I’ve been with him for many many years !

The emergency exam and diagnosis was excellent. But the antibiotic order for Keflex, spoken to Walgreens at Beneva and Fruitville by phone by the desk, which I witnessed, was never received by Walgreens. I tried to pick up the Rx about 4:30. Nothing, so NO antibiotic before my Monday appt with Dr Bates. I don't know what went wrong. However, this drugstore has screwed up my Rx orders many times. What can I do to get this medicine order resent, so I can start this med later tonight or tomorrow? Help!

Dr. Bates and his staff is always so professional and kind. From the front office girls who warmly greet you when you walk in the door, to the assistants and hygienists, along with Dr. Bates himself, every single person makes you feel like you matter. I absolutely love this Dentist and his staff and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at another dental office and my husband called Dr. Bates’ office to see if they could get me in. They got me in the very next day and saved my tooth. I was very pleased about that. I received my crown and 2 missing fillings on my second visit.
The office staff is a real team and very kind and friendly. The gal that worked with my first shots rubbed my shoulder for comfort and distracted me with that effort. Dr. Bates is outgoing and fun but was professional all the way. He explained everything so that I would not be surprised by anything.
