Kenny Leigh & Associates
Are you a man currently in need of a divorce attorney in Florida or Georgia and are unsure of where to turn? Family law is an aspect of the legal profession that is, for obvious reasons, intensely personal. Divorce and other family law disputes need to be dealt with sensitivity, care and the proper approach to minimize the risk for potential longterm negative consequences.

Clients involved in family law disputes need both personal and professional support through times that are highly emotional, but also require calm and reasoned decision making. At the law offices of Kenny Leigh and Associates, we proudly believe that our men only firm is among the most knowledgeable family law firm in Florida and Georgia.
Services
Kenny Leigh & Associates is aware that a contested divorce, child custody proceeding, marital property dispute, or other family law controversy is not pleasant. It's important to have a strong legal team backing you up and protecting your rights during your divorce, alimony and child custody case. If you are facing any of these family legal matters, the time to act is now.
We proudly believe that our firm is among the most knowledgeable in the state. Kenny Leigh and Associates holds all attorneys and paralegals to a higher standard for training than what is required by the Florida Bar. Our training includes two annual seminars, a quarterly "in-house" seminar, and weekly case specific updates.
It's often said that it's a man's world, but while this may be true in many cases, when it comes to family law (especially in divorce cases) it's the man who finds things traditionally stacked against them. Even with changes in law, society and viewpoints of men and women's roles and rights, there is still a marked bias against men when in family court.
You've worked hard all of your life, you've earned, saved, and sacrificed to ensure you lead the lifestyle you deserve. Now, you're facing divorce and unless you're careful, you could lose all of your investments. As a man, you're up against some serious Florida court bias towards women - a bias that could cost you financially.
If you feel that the courts failed to administer the rights you deserve in your divorce or family law case, it isn't necessarily the end of the road. You have the legal right to challenge their decision by appealing the final judgment. In family law and divorce cases, it is common for individuals to want the process to end as quickly as possible.

I hired this law firm to assist with a nasty divorce and injunction. I was kicked out of my home and put on the streets for months. They did very little to assist me or return my child. Took months and lots of phone calls and emails which they charged for each minute. Appointments took a week to speak with attorney. They would charge $50 to forward an email. Horrible experience and created a significant amount of stress. Had to let them go and hire a new attorney at a different firm. Would not recommend their service as they are very money driven and do not give your case the attention it deserves

I highly recommend NOT choosing KLA. The one sole purpose is to front hard work and compassion while doing as minimal as possible. It’s crazy how another friend of mine and myself both filed and all the same numbers fell into place for the formula on child support and yet I’m still paying significantly more than he does. When I approached my lawyer from KLA about the issue post final judgment the only thing he would tell me is it’s case by case and it is what it is. No regard for the fact that I had proof of being overcharged for child support. Now I’m going back to the courts to spend

This firm is just a satellite office. You will be a number to their headquarters. They only want to bill you for this and that. Their attorneys are inexperienced. I question whether they really are even for father's rights. It is a front and false advertising. They will not file things. You will send them all your evidence and concerns only to find yourself in court totally outgamed (also note who provides this "mens only" firm its only glowing review).

Love my lawyer. Period. Has helped me through so many issues. Big and small. Takes a little time to answer emails, but other than that, I can always count on them for a straight answer.

Hiring Mr. David Lohr, was the best move we could have made. He was extremely organized, meticulous and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been “pestered” by the mother of his child for the last 6 years with petty issues solely created for attention. It would take all day to explain what this woman has tried to put our family through. With the help of Mr. Lohr, the court was finally able to see what we were dealing with and ended up ordering her to: pay our attorney fees, give us make up time for denied timesharing and also held her responsible for the medical bills she refused to pay on

This lawfirm embodies all the typical stereotypes you hear about lawyers. To say there was minimal communication would be an understatement. The original attorney I spoke to ,when I agreed to work with these scumbags, was fired/quit/ or just disappeared. I received an email from some secretary saying I had a new attorney and for approximately the next 3+ months I never heard a word from this man. No phone call, no email. All I would receive was generic pre-printed legal documents that some secretary cut and paste my case information into. Which inevitably cost $30 per page. Oh, and bills. I understand
