BESTNEST (R) by Beverly Serral is a specialized concept in vacation rental properties on Hilton Head Island. Our guests experience a consistently, fabulously outfitted and equipped, smartly decorated home or villa each time they reserve. Uber-cleanliness of our properties and individualized guest service are also hallmarks of our brand.
It all started in 2005. Real estate on Hilton Head Island (and everywhere else) was smoking hot, and I jumped on the renovation/resale bandwagon. I enjoyed quite the success, albeit briefly, and then the market changed. By 2006 I found myself with a beautifully renovated property and large mortgage, but no buyer.
Each BESTNEST vacation rental is inspected and certified as attaining our superior and consistent standards for outfitting, equipping, and cleanliness. No matter the location, size, amenities like a private pool, or price of your chosen Hilton Head Island luxury vacation rental, you will always know exactly what awaits you.
We welcome the most well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of $250/pet plus a $500 pet deposit. Dogs must be vaccinated, flea treated, and crated when left alone. We regret we cannot accept Labradors or other oily coated breeds and dogs are never allowed on furniture or in beds or pools. If in doubt or you have multiple dogs, please inquire.

We stayed at this property for 3 years as a family. The first couple were very good, despite the actual service provided by Beverly and staff. Each year the property deteriorated, and so did the service Beverly provided. At this point the house is in average shape if 2001 in 2021 is your ideal situation. Do not expect ANY support from Beverly and staff. She will be kind up until the minute you book. Once the deposit is made you will not receive the support or even decent tone you received prior to spending money. Happy to communicate with anyone who thinks this is a review just based on frustration

I called to book a property that was available for $600 per night, but had a couple questions prior to booking so I called the office. Instead of answering my questions Lizette said she needed to check availability (clearly available their site and vrbo) and asked if she could call me back; promising a same day return call. I received no call back, but an email that evening with a link to the property as if they were sharing it with me for the first time. When I looked the next day the price increased $200 per night. I called them and asked for an explanation…. They offered a 5% discount and

I ended up winning a 4 night stay at a condo by BESTNEST. From the moment I reached out to support everyone was extremely accommodating. The condo was super cute and well maintained. We arrived to an awesome gift basket and a binder with lots of useful information (how to use the trolley system, bike rentals, and where to eat). 10/10 would book again with BESTNEST.

This was our 3rd visit to 5 Periwinkle Lane in Hilton Head. First of all, the house is spotless, nicely decorated, and perfectly appointed. Beverly touches the smallest details that make a huge difference. For example, plenty of quality trash bags, Kleenex, spices, etc. She has the house stocked with just about anything you could think of - Q-tips, cotton balls, soap (bar and hand), plastic bags, Saran Wrap.... Her attention to detail saves me a lot of time. She is clearly very organized and extremely responsive. Upon arrival, we noticed our trash bin was nearly full. I sent an email to inquire

Hands down one of the best rentals we have ever had in Sea Pines and we’ve been coming every year for over a decade. The house was not only amazing, but full of thoughtful details. From the welcome basket awaiting us upon our arrival down to the beautiful decor, we had everything we needed. some of the guests flew so it was extremely convenient to have beach chairs to use at the house, as well as other things like bikes, bike trailer, and pool floats. This was our first time renting a proPerty through BEST NEST by Beverly Serral and we can’t wait to do it again!

It took quite some time to find the perfect property that was pet friendly since it was our first time wanting to bring our golden retriever with us. Finding one that was close enough to the beach to satisfy my husband was a challenge. We had such a great time at this house. It was perfect and had everything we needed - beach towels, a beach carrier, rafts for the pool, beach chairs. We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 20 years and have not stayed in a house that had everything we needed like this house did.The location was quiet and peaceful and very close to Harbor Town. There was a welcome basket when we arrived with snacks which was much appreciated. It was spotless when we arrived. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. A great experience!

Our experience with Beverly Serral could not have been better. What a classy, efficient, professional service! We visit Hilton Head often because of aging parents on the Island. I will check with Beverly Serral FIRST before looking into any other rental properties or hotels. Our experience was first rate in every way. Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island every year for the past twenty five. Five years ago we were lucky enough to find the Beverly Serral Signature Rental Company. It truly is the best on the island. Beverly's properties are impeccably maintained, decorated, and stocked. Packing has become so easy, just bring your suitcase with your clothing, Beverly supplies the rest.
