Hello, my name is Stacey Starnes and I am the owner of the Real Estate School for Success. I am also a practicing and top producing real estate agent! I decided to start this school after getting my real estate license. I realized that there was a gap in real estate licensing in South Carolina and I wanted to fill it.

The South Carolina Real Estate School for Success will always provide you with all the tools you need to be a SUCCESSFUL South Carolina real estate agent. You will find our classes to be informative and you will have fun while learning. Before receiving your South Carolina Real Estate License you must complete this 30 hour South Carolina Post Licensing course, also know as our South Carolina Unit II - Advanced Real Estate Principles.
If you wish to obtain a South Carolina Broker's license, or become a South Carolina Broker In Charge, you must have your South Carolina Real Estate license for three consecutive years. To obtain your South Carolina Real Estate Broker's License or South Carolina Broker In Charge License, you must complete both the Broker A and Broker B course.

Completed unit1 Real Estate course. I did the course online while working full time. Took the licensing exam January 2022 - passed! Started the unit 2 the same day. Great course! When i read the negative reviews here I wonder 2 things - did the person make sure they were reviewing the correct school AND if it was this school did you actually listen?? Frankie Griffin with my instructor, one of the very first things he said when introducing the course was that in addition to listening to what he was teaching her you needed to go and read the entire book. I loved the online self paced classes here! Frankie has many stories that help put the rules and laws of real estate into a better perspective. He definitely kept me entertained throughout a course that could have been easily very boring. I was well equipped to take the Real Estate Exam and passed both portions on the first try. Although the class was filmed in (2018) the concepts are still very relevant and are things you will most likely see on your Real Estate Exam. I would highly recommend the unit 1 and unit 2 salesperson course. Study the material given and you will succeed with this school

Frankie's online video-based course is the way to go if you need a self paced flexible schedule. You get all of the information needed for testing but it is presented in a very interesting and entertaining way. I couldn't imagine just reading all of the information and trying to remember the important parts. Frankie also tells you about a lot of real world scenarios to drive the point home about what to do and what not to do. I highly recommend it!!!

Took my unit 1 And unit 2 class with Jacki Stone and had a great experience. Very easy to learn and useful examples that really help understand whats being taught. Went here for Unit 2 and I wish I went here for Unit 1 as well (attended another school). Had Frankie as an instructor and would HIGHLY recommend him, simply the best! Can not say enough good things about this place and how much was learned. He teaches, and does not read the book word for word which is what I experienced in Unit 1. Take your classes here with no one but Frankie!

This is a really nice school. I enjoyed the classes so much. This class helps me the first step to know about the real estate. It teaches me to understand the test material.
