Natural stone, tile or glass, our technicians will safely and effectively clean, sanitize and seal your flooring, countertops/backsplashes, shower enclosures, tub and fireplace surrounds. All natural stone is porous, some more than others. For most stone - especially very porous stones like hone-finished limestone and selective granites - the application of a quality penetrating sealer is highly recommended.

Recently, my cat had an unfortunate accident on my old leather sofa. The leather is pretty worn and I thought the couch was probably ruined but I called DA Burns just in case they would be able to help. It was easy to schedule an appointment and within a couple of days, Ken arrived at my house to clean and recondition the leather. I could not believe how well the couch turned out - the leather looks beautiful now, with imperfections minimized and with much more uniform color, plus the cat stain is barely visible and there is no odor.... Very happy with DA Burns and I highly recommend them!

DA Burns brought our cream family rug back to life! I never thought to have our living room cream rug cleaned as I thought it was lost hope due to the heavy traction and kids its seen across the years. The rug came back looking brand new with complete care taken to stains I've given up on! Great service, they were able to get me in and turn it around before the holidays. Could not recommend D.A. Burns more!

I have a huge problem with vendors that are entirely opaque about their pricing upfront and expect customers to be okay with it when they're served huge invoices after the job is done.
I ordered cleaning services for my apartment, received no indication about how much this cleaning would be, not even an estimated range. Two days after the work was done I received an invoice for $600 for cleaning a 1-bedroom carpet, one sofa, and some other cushions
What upset me further was the tone used by their customer service reps when I called them to discuss my invoice. They were outright rude.

Even though my antique Navajo rug had some fraying & ink bleed prior to taking it to be cleaned, they were able to make it happen for a reasonable price. My pet had made it mark a couple times. When I brought it back after a deodorizing treatment & cleaning I was so surprised how soft & fresh it was! Extremely happy customer here. Even though my other one isn't dirty, I may just take it in too! Thank you so much.

I had to take a couch ottoman into DA Burns to get cleaned after my cat decided to treat it as a litter box. The employee who met with me let me know what to expect and explained very carefully the difficulty with cat urine (that it also bleaches the fabric as well as discoloring it) so I felt prepared that the ottoman would not come back looking like new.
I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up a week later - it looks fantastic! I wish I had taken a before picture to show the difference but you can use your imagination.
All employees I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly

Update: they refunded my money (they initially said they wouldn't, but after a mutually respectful 15-minute phone conversation they changed their mind) so that's cool I guess.
However, they tried to convince me that the dye loss was "a beautiful patina, very admired by rug owners" - which uh, if the dye faded naturally over several decades, sure. But when a color washes out over one wash, that's not a patina, that's a bad cleaning job. Nice try...

Changed to 4 stars based on their excellent customer service! Mike from D.A. Burns reached out to me a few days after I posted my review below. He was as surprised as I was that the binding on the rug has worn so badly so quickly, and promptly refunded me the cost of the service. I'm happy with that, since trying to redo it would just be too much hassle. Thank you Mike!
I'm sorry to be giving D.A. Burns a 1 star review, however after the rug binding they did for me has turned out to be such poor quality I want to warn other customers NOT to do it. I downsized

Update: I have changed this rating from 2 to 5 stars. Why? After this was posted I was contacted by Mike at DA Burns. After our discussion he came up with a solution that demonstrated that they were a bit embarrassed by what happened to me and that they really wanted to make this right. This is turning out to be a wonderful, positive experience that needs to be recognized and rewarded by trusting that they will get your next carpet related service done right.
