I called Dry connection to have them come and clean the carpets at my grandmas house.they got us on the schedule right away and arrived on time to clean her carpets. They handled all furniture rugs with care. I appreciate that the process of how the clean is explained. I have a home in Bellevue, I’ve used several services in the area. This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. I had to change the day and they accommodated me last minute. Holly and Fred showed up on time and were professional and kind. My carpets look amazing and my house smells so clean. I couldn’t be happier and will use them only going forward. Excellent service.

Holly and Morgan not only did an amazing job with our carpets, but they were a pleasure to meet! Because our dogs are prone to accidents, we've been steam cleaning our carpets, but not getting the results we want. Looking at all of their great reviews, we thought we'd give dry cleaning a try. We called them, and they were here the next day. Holly was so knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the services she provides.
