I had a very noisy episode with my furnace and it really scared me. I called Gilray and when they showed up, we found that a mouse had committed suicide in our furnace, which is what caused the noise. He completely cleaned out the interior of the furnace and checked everything for us! I will now have my furnace cleaned yearly, he found it wasn't the first visitor from above! Great service, great prices, now a loyal customer.

Our gas furnace has been leaking water since early fall when we first turned it on for the season. Multiple attempts to schedule with a different provider, recommended by a friend, were unsuccessful. I left my name and information several times, and never received call-back. Low on cash, I decided to use up whatever firewood, heating the house by fireplace for the season instead. Running out of wood early, I again attempted to contact Gilray's competition, as the amount of water leaking from the furnace had significantly increased.
