Telephone consultation with wedding coordinator, including referrals for beach front locations, accommodations, restaurants, salons, transportation, and more. Professional Photographer with hi-resolution, edited images provided in an online viewing gallery for easy sharing. Keepsake Heart-shape Unity Sand Container with option to include children in Unity Sand Ceremony.
Attention D-I-Y brides! Do you want an elegant beach wedding, but overwhelmed with how to set up a wedding on the beach? Let us take care of your beach ceremony set up and take down, allowing you to provide your own Officiant, Photographer and Coordinator. Designed to accommodate 24 guests with option to accommodate up to 40 guests.
In order to be married in the State of Florida, you must purchase your license in the State of Florida. There is no waiting period for out of state residents. A marriage license must be obtained at any County Courthouse in Florida. The license cost is $86 and payable in cash or credit card to the Courthouse where license obtained.
We will contact you within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone to discuss your beach wedding needs. After determining if our services will meet your needs, we will send you a Coastal Beach Weddings Contract for review. In order to reserve your special date, we require a signed contract and Non refundable $250 deposit (Elopement or Seaside Package) or $500 deposit (Starfish or Ceremony Set-up Package).
Our ultimate goal is to provide the best suggestions for beach wedding location. If you have visited Panama City Beach, you will likely agree, our beaches are breathtakingly beautiful. If you haven't yet visited Panama City Beach, you are in for quite a treat - emerald waters, perfectly located sunset over the water, tucked away retreats as well as resorts with all the amenities.

My husband and I have traveled to PCB every year for past 5yrs! It would have been 6 but we missed a year due to hurricane Michael. This year we decided to get married at our favorite place st. Andrews st park! Rebekkah was responsive and handled ALL of the details for us. We chose to het married on my late father's birthday and they incorporated my specific requests and special touches. The photographer is amazing we were not rushed our pictures were AMAZING! weather you are planning a small elopement or something bigger they will take care of you! Reasonably priced as well. And

Absolutely perfect in every way! Scheduling was a breeze! Rebekkah was quick to answer any questions I had! She made sure the ceremony was everything I wanted! The photographer was incredible! He was patient and took the most spectacular pictures! The officiant was well spoken and absolutely perfect! Rebekkah stayed with me to give everyone guidance on the layout and made everything run smoothly! As well as keeping up with the rings since my sweet son laid them down and ran off to play! I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone looking for the perfect beach wedding! Thank you guys

My wedding day in June 2020 was beautiful had to do adjustments due to the Covid -19 rules at the time . But, Rebekkah and her crew made the day perfect. The officiant Pastor Ed was really nice had us laughing and the videographer Jordan and photographer did an amazing job. Everything was great me, my husband , my kids , and family enjoying our time down in Florida. I would recommend this place for an perfect beach wedding A+++. Thanks

Our wedding was way beyond what we ever could have imagined! Absolutely beautiful! The people are so kind and helpful with every question you might have! They set up everything!! This is a wonderful company for booking your dream wedding! I have never met people more kind than this company! So very affordable and leaves you stress free! I would recommend this company to ANYONE planning on getting married!! Being married on the beach is a dream come true and having your pictures taken while watching the sunset is absolutely breathtaking 😍

My wife absolutely loved working with Rebekkah at Coastal Beach weddings. Everything about the wedding was perfect, from the photographs, to the music, to the weather. Rebekah’s comprehensive wedding planning was beyond expectations and there were so many extra touches that made it that much more special.
