Established in 2011, we are a custom cake and wedding cake bakery and a Florida cottage food operation. As a long standing Florida local with years of business, customer & food service experience, the cake decorating world just naturally appeals to my artistic side.
With the help and support of my husband, Shawn, and our loving family, Absolutely Cake has given me the ability to join my love of feeding people with my need to create something beautiful. Sebrina goes above and beyond in her design and planning and attention to detail. I've had five cakes from her in the past year and all had superior WOW factor in appearance and then took it to a whole other level with taste! The key lime cake is my personal favorite but the confetti cake tastes awesome too. She is very easy to work with and communicates back and forth well. She listens to ideas and is able to turn them into the perfect end result. I will continue to order my cakes exclusively from her until she decides to retire.

I've left a review before but needed to do an update. I have gotten 3 cakes so far from Selena and they have all been beautiful, and taste just as good as they look! My wedding cake was stunning, and both of the baby shower cakes we got were perfect. If you are looking for someone who can turn your vision into reality, look no further, this is the business for you!

The beautiful cake that I ordered for our wedding reception was everything I had hoped for, not only was the cake stunning, it was moist, delicious and everyone raved over it.

Having made many "professional" cakes in the past, I was MORE than thrilled with the cake we were able to get from Absolutely Cake. She made my daughter the most spectacular graduation cake I could have imagined. Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted fabulous. And the home made sugar flowers were just spectacular. Give them a shout, you won't be disappointed!

If I lived in PCB, I would make up events just so I could order from Absolutely Cake. I planned our entire wedding from Texas, which meant relying solely on reviews and word of mouth. Holy smokes am I glad we found Sebrina. Our wedding cake and cupcakes were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Being states away, we didn't get to do a tasting beforehand but I trusted what others had said. Our guests had so many compliments on the flavors and how gorgeous our cake was. I had Sabrina make my 3 tier wedding cake and 4 dozen groom cupcakes. The cake was a simple lined design white wedding cake. It was incredible!! Noise, flavorful, and sweet. I had 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes and 2 dozen red velvet cupcakes. The red velvet were a big hit!! It was my personal favorite. My groom and our guests loved the sweet flavors. Sabrina is so kind and very professional!! She was accommodating when we couldn’t find time to set up a cake tasting at her house. We had a very specific design for our wedding cake. Ms Sebrina pulled it off in magnificent fashion. She really is a true artist.

From the first point of contact to the first bite of my cake...my experience with Absolutely Cake was perfect. Sebrina was very timely in her communication and made the ordering process smooth. I asked her to do cupcakes and a cutting cake for my beach wedding in June. She met my family for pickup on Sunday afternoon, the day of the wedding. The cake was perfectly moist and yummy. I would recommend her to anyone having a wedding or event in the Panama City Beach area!

I used absolutely cakes for my wedding a couple months back and it was the best decision ever. She truly bent over backwards to make sure I had the cake I really wanted. I am obsessed with raspberries and she did everything she could to give me the flavor I was asking for. The cake was beautiful and SO delicious. I had several people come up to me during the wedding to say that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. I agree..it was AMAZING. Can't wait to eat it again for the first anniversary.

We used Absolutely Cake for our wedding cake March 2017. Sebrina's is super friendly, and responsive. We tried her standard white wedding cake in the 'semi-naked' form at a friends wedding and ended up getting the same tasty cake! We were so pleased with the value, taste of the cake and so were our guests. After our wedding one of our friends ended up purchasing a birthday cake from Sebrina as well since it was so good!
