M&I International is an excellent place to buy a new watch band or battery for your watch. I went there last Friday for a watch band, and found a nice one for around $24. The gentleman at the store kindly assembled the new band to my watch.
This store also has some beautiful, and I am sure expensive, Grandfather Clocks. They are so calming to listen to when they chime. It was very pleasant to sit in the shop listening to the lovely sounds, as I waited for my watch to be assembled. The management here is friendly and professional.

I read several reviews, both good and bad, and disagree with the negative reviews.
I took a 54 year old Accutron (tuning fork) watch to be repaired. I had almost given up the watch as not repairable. I had a price range in mind as to how much I was willing to pay. I gave the watch to Ira and was told to wait for an estimate. When Ira gave me the estimate you could have blown me over with a feather; the estimate was at the bottom of my range. I knew the watch would be difficult to repair, if it could be repaired, since Bulova had stopped making parts for the original Accutron decades ago.

We had my engagement ring resized which was passed down in the family from his grandmother. It was polished and cleaned beautifully. Very happy with the service and they had it done as promised within a few days. My fiancé also gets his gold chains repaired here and his mom also goes here for any kind of jewelry repair.

The staff is okay, Ira is the first person you have contact with. His overall i know everything attitude is hard to take. The overall negative vibe is over time irritating. I have been here several times trying to get my watches serviced. This last time was the straw. Less talk more service would be nice. Over priced on service done several days ago. Didn't disagree due to work was completed. I wouldn't get any work done at this location..
