Had a very fine experience here, cashed in some foreign currency, while I wasn't exactly happy with the rate I understand it's a business, just wish they gave better deals on coins. They do however have an amazing selection of gold and silver and other precious metals in all forms, It was my first time there, by chance actually, was on my way to sell a gift card and low and behold they buy gift cards too! And they are right down the street from me! I only knew about their westside location. But I will now be buying all of my silver š„ gold and other precious metals here among other very interesting

Been here five times now and I feel confident in leaving a review. Nick is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Laura is so helpful and very patient. Having to deal with me and my "moments" can be, understandably, frustrating. Yet, They've never shown a hint of exasperation or annoyance. Only complaint I really have is that I don't own their spoon collection. š

Called about 100 ounce silver bars, they had 2 (most places were out.)
The price was fair especially considering whats going on in the world (The Chinese Flu)
So my wife an I walked in welcomed by a couple really nice employees.
The man (Nick) that ended up helping us was EXTREMELY helpful an easy to talk to.
They had other customers there an some how he could tell I wanted to do business in private, so he ask us if we would like to go into a separate room.
He showed us the bars an we picked the one we liked. He put the bar on 2 different devices to verify it was 100% real.

I"ve done business here twice. Both times i shopped elsewhere first and got several quotes. I'm happy with the prices i got here..........with a little haggling they beat everywhere else i went . There is no guessing , no rubbing acid tests.Their technology makes everything easy. Their employees are well trained, friendly and above all NOT PUSHY. If you want to be fairly treated this is the place to come.

So I notice the price of Silver was down some. That was awesome. So I decided to take advantage of that. I got 2 small bars of Silver at a great price. I noticed they had some nice looking copper coins too so I bought some of that as well. I recommend this place for buying. I can't say anything about selling because I had nothing to sell. Great customer service and a knowledgeable guy.
