Very Happy with BHI . Justin and Cody responded right away. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a lot of questions and Justin and Cody were very thorough in explaining the existing problems with old water heater and all the questions I had about a new water heater they were very thorough in their job Justin and Cody went the extra mile and went into the attic and on top of the roof to make sure the exhaust vent was all working correctly because we had a carbon dioxide issue with the old one very happy with these guys and I would recommend BHI Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

My sink and bathroom tube was leaking and BHI Plumbing responded quickly and came out to my house the very next day. Ben and Sergio arrived on time and were so polite and explained everything to me so I could understand what needed to be fixed and why. They repaired what was needed the very same day and worked fast. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I would call them again if needed in the future. I definitely recommend this company.

So GLAD I chose BHI Plumbing for the job today! I had 2 Plumbing technicians David and Martin come out to replace my Pop Up Assembly. They were able to diagnose my problem and carefully but quickly made the repair needed. They even went a step above to make sure my faucet was running correctly and I was super impressed that they cleaned up after themselves. I feel confident in my decision to cancel AHS and go with the best! Thanks again guys!

If you want them to fix your a/c they will but you better watch out your working heater will no longer work. Came out to fix my a/c and my heater worked fine. They left and the a/c works but the heater doesn't anymore. Good job trying to get more service calls a....... yeah. Use them if you like spending your money. Double check their work to make sure.

Cynthia was very friendly on the phone when discussing the issue of a problem with a leaky gas valve going into the fireplace. She sent Leo out within a couple of hours and he fixed it right away. Very quick, clean and professional. So happy we can enjoy it all through the holidays. I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

Up here in Crestline it is hard to find contractors that show up, do what they say they will do, are reasonably priced and are professional. This company is the whole package- from their phone service to their in person service- I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I had BHI come out twice for different plumbing matters. I was able to set up an appointment in a timely manner. They came out both times and gave me free estimates, took photos and explained the problem thoroughly. Very knowledgeable which led to completing both jobs in a time manner. Contacted BHI for a quote on a possible leak - immediately got a response and had a technician scheduled the very next day.
Justin & Dave showed up and from the get go were very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem and solution. Work was performed timely and they were both very knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining and walking me through every task they were conducting, even showing me the damaged parts.

My AC broke down and I waited 1 month already, but my home warranty kept delaying the repair. I contacted BHI to get a quote. They came in next day for free estimate. They explained the options to me very well. Their price was very reasonable comparing to 3 other contractors that provided a quote.
Some contractors didn't even show up to get a estimates like they promised and wasted my time. All the contractors I selected got good to great reviews, and BHI was the best for price and services. I did do a lot of research and shopped around because I am an unemployed stay home mom.

We were having plumbing issues and had to call BHI about 3 times over a month. Most times were late-night but we received immediate assistance each time. We received estimates before coming out (since there are emergency fees, which are reasonable) and had full inspection and repairs quickly. It usually took them under an hour to get to us from the initial call.
